Shali Zindabad' is the story of Koel who is the sister-in-law of Mr. Ramen. Koel is a short-tempered girl. Ramen wants to get her married but she thrashes and sends away all her suitors. When Mr. Ramen visits the police station because of a complaint lodged by the boys thrashed by Koel, the senior inspector introduces him to Ram. Ram is sent to his house as a suitor. Ram forcefully marries Koel. In order to tame her he ties her up and doesn't give her food. Koel finally surrenders and calms down. She tells Ram that she was scared that she would loves her husband just like her bosom friend and so she never wanted to get married. The couple and happily united.
