Madhura is passionate about her work and looks up to her boss. But her boss is not what he seems to be. Her father tries to warn her but Madhura does not listen to him. Madhura's father sends one of his trusted person Sudhir an ACP in the Mumbai Crime Branch, to lookout for Madhura while she is getting deeply involved in illegal businesses without knowing. Sudhir meets Madhura as a stranger and slowly both fall in love. Sudhir manages to reveal the reality of her boss and get her out of illicit activities. In the process Madhura comes to know about Sudhir being a crime branch officer. She misunderstands the entire situation and feels Sudhir used her to crack the case. She is heart broken and starts hating him. Her father comes to rescue and explain the entire truth. She feels guilty, apologizes and expresses her love which Sudhir happily accepts.
