Ye Raat Phir Na Aaygi is a riveting film dealing with the theme of reincarnation and rebirth. Reeta (Mumtaz) is conducting an archaeological excavation with an assistant, Rakesh (Sailesh Kumar), when they come across the skeletal remains of a human. Some surreal happenings reveal the existence of a woman's spirit who had died over two centuries ago. She has re-surfaced to claim her beau from her past life, Suraj (Biswajeet), who currently happens to be engaged to Reeta.
